PURCHASE MINIMUMS:
Initial orders have a $250 minimum and re-orders have a $100 minimum. (I am somewhat flexible on this, but in the end I want to ensure that you have a stunning variety for your display. In my experience the more you have to offer, the more it sells.)
LEAD (PROCESSING) TIME:
Generally, all earrings, bracelets and chain necklaces have a 1 week lead time, All beaded necklaces have a 4 week lead time. You can click on “Shipping & Policies” on each listing and the lead time is the first item on the list. If you need a rush order, then don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I will do my best to meet your needs.
ORDERING PROCESS:
Applying is easy! Just email me at o.so.fitting@gmail.com letting me know your business name, website address, tax ID, and store location. In the meantime, you can peruse my wholesale offerings at https://ohsofitting-wholesale.com. Wholesale prices are 50% off what is listed there and include FREE SHIPPING. Once your application has been approved, I will supply you with a 50% off coupon to use. You can then add products to your cart and checkout as you normally would. Etsy handles the final transaction.
STOCK:
If there is anything in the shop that has a lower stock than what you had hoped to order, just email me for availability and I’ll do my best to meet your needs.
CHANGES TO ORDERS:
I make a best effort to accommodate changes to orders if they are made within 2 days of order placement. Cancellations are not accepted.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
Domestic Shipping is free! (Free shipping uses USPS Priority Mail, 1- 3 Days, and requires a signature confirmation.)
DAMAGES / DEFECTS:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact me within 7 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 14 days after receipt.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
I gladly accept returns. Unless an item is damaged or defective, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. To process a return, please contact me within: 7 days of delivery and ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
PACKAGING:
Items will be on jewelry cards with Oh, So Fitting's name and logo.
